Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Music Label Solutions LLC ("BloxMaps", "we") collects when you use the BloxMaps website, API and Roblox Studio plugin, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we need to run the Service. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.

1. What we collect

• Your Roblox profile, when you sign in with Roblox: your Roblox user ID, username, display name and avatar picture. We ask Roblox only for the openid and profile permissions. We never see your Roblox password.
• What you make: your prompts, the options and seeds you choose, the Maps and preview images we generate, whether a Map is public, and your export history.
• Linked Studios: the name the plugin reports for each linked Roblox Studio, when it was linked and last used. The plugin's access key is stored only as a one-way hash.
• Billing: if you buy something, Stripe gives us a customer ID, your plan and its status. Stripe handles your card details; we never receive your full card number.
• Technical data: your IP address, a random identifier for your browser (used for the one free map without an account and to stop abuse), and basic request logs. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that anonymous visitors are human.

2. Why we use it

• To run the Service: sign you in, generate and store your Maps, export them and link your Studios (contract).
• To apply plan limits, prevent abuse and keep the Service secure (legitimate interests).
• To take payments and keep the records the law requires (contract and legal obligation).
• To improve the generator, using prompts and results in aggregate (legitimate interests). [Owner: confirm, or remove this use.]
• To answer you when you contact us.

3. Who can see it

• Everyone, for Maps you make public: the Map, its previews, its prompt, and your Roblox display name and avatar.
• Service providers who process data for us: our hosting provider Hostinger, Cloudflare (network, security, Turnstile and file storage), Stripe (payments) and Roblox (sign-in). They may only use it to provide their service to us.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use only what the site needs: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, a security token that protects your account from forged requests, and a browser identifier for the free anonymous map. Your light/dark preference is kept in your browser's local storage. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. [Owner: update this if you add analytics.]

5. How long we keep it

• Account data and Maps: while your account exists. When you delete your account we delete them within 30 days, except public Maps you ask us to keep.
• Anonymous Maps: 30 days.
• Request logs: up to 30 days.
• Billing records: as long as tax law requires (often 7 years).

6. Children

Many Roblox creators are young. We collect only the Roblox profile details listed above and never ask for a real name, address, phone number or school. If you are under 13 (or the age of digital consent where you live), please use BloxMaps only with a parent's or guardian's permission. 7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, download or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] from the address linked to your request, or ask us from your account. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Where your data is stored

Our servers are in the western United States. Our providers may process data in other countries; where needed we rely on standard contractual clauses or similar safeguards.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections, hashed access keys and limited staff access. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you find a problem.

10. Changes

We will post any changes here and update the date above. If a change is significant we will tell you before it takes effect.
