Terms of Service

Last updated: September 24, 2026. These terms are a starting point written for BloxMaps; they are not legal advice.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Music Label Solutions LLC ("BloxMaps", "we", "us") about your use of the BloxMaps website, API and Roblox Studio plugin (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use BloxMaps

• You sign in with your Roblox account. You must follow Roblox's own Terms of Use and Community Standards as well as these Terms.
• If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you and supervise any purchase. If you are under 13, you may only use the Service with a parent's or guardian's permission.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and your linked Roblox Studio installations. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think your account is being misused.

2. What the Service does

BloxMaps turns a text prompt into a Roblox map ("Map"): a plan of terrain, models, lighting and markers, preview images and, when you export, the model files needed to build it in Roblox Studio. Maps are generated automatically, so results vary and may not always match your prompt. We may change, improve or remove features at any time.

Each plan has limits (maps per day, exports per period, map sizes, linked Studios) shown on the pricing page. "Fair use" means one plan is for its own users' normal creative work: automated use, reselling access or sharing an account beyond its seats is not allowed, and we may slow down or pause accounts that do this.

3. Plans, payments and refunds

• Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Studio) are monthly or yearly subscriptions that renew automatically, at the same price and for the same period, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
• The free Pro trial lasts 3 days, needs a payment card and is available once per account. Unless you cancel before it ends, it becomes a paid Pro monthly subscription and your card is charged then.
• The Founders offer (a percentage off for as long as the subscription runs) is limited to the number of subscribers shown on the pricing page and ends when the subscription ends.
• Export packs are one-time purchases. Export credits do not expire, have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are used only after your plan's exports for the period are used up.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Prices may change. We will tell you before a price change affects your subscription.
• If something went wrong or you bought by mistake, write to us within 14 days of a payment and we will refund it. Otherwise, and except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. 4. Your prompts and your Maps

• You keep whatever rights you have in your prompts. You give us permission to use them to run and improve the Service.
• You may use the Maps you generate in your own Roblox experiences, subject to section 5.
• If you make a Map public, anyone can view it, its preview images, its prompt and your Roblox display name and avatar, and remix it (generate their own Map from the same prompt and seed). You can make it private again at any time. You allow us to show public Maps on the website, including in the gallery and in promotion of the Service.
• Because Maps are generated from prompts and seeds, other people may get similar or identical Maps. We do not promise that a Map is unique or exclusive to you.

5. Models and assets inside exports

Exports contain 3D models, textures and other assets that we license from third parties ("Assets"). We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Assets only as part of the Maps you build in your own Roblox experiences. You may not:

• extract Assets from a Map and sell, share or distribute them on their own, including on the Roblox Creator Store or any other marketplace;
• use the Assets outside Roblox, or to build a competing asset pack or map generator;
• remove any notices included with an export.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to create or share content that breaks the law or Roblox's Community Standards, to harass anyone, or to infringe anyone's rights. Do not try to get around limits, scrape or overload the Service, reverse engineer the generator or the plugin, or access other people's accounts or Maps. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Roblox

BloxMaps is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Roblox and Roblox Studio are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. Your use of Roblox is governed by Roblox's terms.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we stop offering the Service; if we end the Service without cause we will refund the unused part of any prepaid subscription.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that Maps will fit a particular purpose. Always keep backups of your Roblox places.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant we will tell you on the website or by the contact details we have before it takes effect. Using the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
